What you will do
- Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to drive people initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Develop data-driven workforce plans and capability-building strategies.
- Collaborate with the Talent team on hiring strategies and onboarding processes.
- Design and evolve performance and accountability frameworks.
- Support building and delivering learning and leadership development programs.
- Lead employee relations and initiatives to strengthen engagement and retention.
- Develop scalable HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Leverage HR analytics to track metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner or People leadership role within fintech, technology, or high-growth scale-up environments is preferred.
- Proven track record of partnering with executive leaders to drive people strategies for growth and performance.
- Strong experience designing and embedding performance management frameworks in fast-moving businesses.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and capability building for scaling organizations.
- Hands-on experience managing complex employee relations in regulated, multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using people data and HR analytics for decision-making.
- Solid understanding of performance systems, incentive structures, and reward principles relevant to fintech and technology.
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
