Senior People Business Partner (Product): Leads HR services for internal product engineering teams to drive performance and talent agenda with an accent on organizational strategy, talent development, and leadership coaching. Focus on fostering a high-performance culture, assessing talent gaps, and implementing change management initiatives in a globally matrixed environment.
Location: Hybrid in New York City, US (three days in office, two days remote). Supports US engineering teams.
Salary: $188,819–$232,601 USD

What you will do
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution in a globally matrixed environment.
- Assess organizational performance systemically, define talent gaps, and propose HR solutions.
- Coach business leaders on HR processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and retention activities.
- Analyze trends and metrics, and collaborate with HR functional experts to develop solutions and programs.
- Strengthen senior leader capabilities through 1:1 coaching.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR business partner experience in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with managers and engineers.
- Recognized as a credible, proactive, and trusted thought partner.
- Highly collaborative work style and ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong leadership, influencing skills, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to design, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
- Agility and adaptability during periods of transformation.
- Experience working with a diverse international employee population and navigating global HR practices is preferred.
