Salary: $188,819–$232,601 USD

What you will do

• Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution in a globally matrixed environment.
• Assess organizational performance systemically, define talent gaps, and propose HR solutions.
• Coach business leaders on HR processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management.
• Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and retention activities.
• Analyze trends and metrics, and collaborate with HR functional experts to develop solutions and programs.
• Strengthen senior leader capabilities through 1:1 coaching.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR business partner experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with managers and engineers.
• Recognized as a credible, proactive, and trusted thought partner.
• Highly collaborative work style and ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong leadership, influencing skills, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to design, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
• Agility and adaptability during periods of transformation.
• Experience working with a diverse international employee population and navigating global HR practices is preferred.
