What you will do
- Define, lead, and manage the end-to-end process for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and IT/Security teams to develop tailored proposal content.
- Oversee and optimize proposal management tools and content libraries.
- Ensure proposals adhere to company's cybersecurity offerings and compliance standards (NIST, ISO).
- Coordinate internal proposal reviews to ensure quality, alignment, and strategic positioning.
- Continuously improve proposal processes, identifying opportunities for automation and enhancing scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a proposal management role, ideally within the cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS industries.
- Demonstrated experience in managing RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses.
- Experience building, socializing, and managing processes.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in proposal management and vendor management software and tools (Arphie, Archer, Process Unity, KY3P).
