Project Manager (Defence)

Location: Hybrid position with required travel to Glasgow (3 days, 2 weeks per month), Fleet (2 days, monthly/bi-monthly), and Munich (2 days, bi-monthly). Candidates must be capable of gaining National Security Vetting – SC clearance and DV clearance.

What you will do

• Deliver programmes on time, on budget, and to specification.
• Produce comprehensive plans and technical documentation.
• Manage customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Create and manage programme budgets and risks.
• Conduct regular project performance reviews.
• Ensure alignment of 3rd party sub-system elements and support system/product development roadmaps.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex high-value defence programmes.
• Association of Project Management Practitioner Qualification or similar certification.
• Excellent general written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of gaining National Security Vetting – SC clearance.
• Capable of gaining National Security Vetting – DV clearance.
