What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals.
- Become a trusted advisor on hirify.global’s products and services, engaging decision-makers across various functions.
- Drive outbound prospecting and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
- Craft and present persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts, and guide clients through decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology solutions, preferably in design, marketing, or creative technology.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise accounts.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and long-term relationships.
- Understanding of CRM technology, with Salesforce experience preferred.
