TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Design Technology): Acquiring net-new enterprise customers and expanding hirify.global’s partnerships with an accent on full sales cycle ownership and strategic account development. Focus on engaging executive-level decision-makers across key functions and crafting compelling, value-based solutions for iconic brands.

Location: Remote (Germany). Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals.
  • Become a trusted advisor on hirify.global’s products and services, engaging decision-makers across various functions.
  • Drive outbound prospecting and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Craft and present persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts, and guide clients through decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology solutions, preferably in design, marketing, or creative technology.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise accounts.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and long-term relationships.
  • Understanding of CRM technology, with Salesforce experience preferred.
