What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise and mid-market opportunities in Germany.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue, executing strategic territory plans.
  • Lead full-cycle sales processes for enterprise SaaS tax and compliance solutions, articulating business value.
  • Engage senior stakeholders (CFOs, Heads of Tax, CIOs) to drive strategic conversations and influence buying processes.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Proactively identify market trends, drive innovation in your territory, and act as a key contributor to European expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in tax, compliance, or financial software.
  • Proven success in hunting, creating, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience selling to Finance, Tax, or IT stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Strong understanding of ERP-driven organizations (SAP preferred) and the tax technology landscape.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and accountability.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
