Location: Seoul, South Korea. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Partner with sales on customer engagements, responding to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
• Provide thoughtful technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process, focusing on successful deployment and integration of hirify.global.
• Showcase custom hirify.global solutions based on deep understanding of customer workflows and integrated applications.
• Curate structured product feedback to enable the Product and Engineering teams to enhance hirify.global.
• Work with marketing to refine the technical narrative for the product, including blog posts and webinars.
• Educate the sales organization on the product, upcoming releases, competitive analysis, and customer environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years as Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• Deep understanding of generative AI technologies with enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI tools.
• Ability to understand and explain how APIs can be used to support advanced customer workflows.
• Experience working with third-party integrations for IAM/SSO, DLP or SIEM platforms.
• Strong project management experience and ability to manage complex projects to completion.
• Native level Korean, business level English both in writing and speaking.

• Experience as a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup.
• Experience using hirify.global.
• Coding experience that would enable you to write basic scripts using the hirify.global API.
• Experience using and designing relational databases.
• Team leading experience working with cross-functional teams.
