What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value Enterprise accounts, ensuring full potential realization.
  • Provide consultative advice on hirify.global solutions to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Deliver smooth onboarding and continuous training for effective platform utilization.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders for renewal and retention.
  • Proactively identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in SaaS or B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of live chat, customer support platforms, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to build rapport at all levels.
  • Consultative selling approach focused on solving challenges and delivering ROI.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted customer relationships proactively.
  • Remote work is allowed, but employees must be present in the Wrocław office at least 5 days per quarter.
