Location: Warsaw, Poland. Work up to 50% of the month remotely.

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with Amazon, Allegro, and other marketplace or corporate e‑commerce customers.
- Lead annual negotiations and monthly business updates.
- Reach sales targets and manage KPIs linked to key customers.
- Drive catalog management and product implementation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and the global e‑commerce community.
- Coordinate yearly marketing activations and events.
Requirements
- Experience in e‑commerce account management, ideally with Amazon, Allegro or major marketplace partners.
- Experience working with a large product portfolio; beauty category exposure is a strong plus.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reporting files.
- Understanding of digital content management and e‑commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and accountability.
- Fluent in English; Polish is an advantage but not required.
