What you will do

• Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team.
• Communicate corporate strategy to employees within the CEE region.
• Plan and direct activities including sales pipeline generation, forecasting, and customer relationship development.
• Establish short-term and long-term goals, metrics, and quotas in line with corporate and regional objectives.
• Identify and qualify important sales opportunities within the CEE region at the management level.
• Act as a coach, mentor, and educator to Regional Sales Managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience and network within the CEE market, notably within the tech industry.
• Experience in a first-line sales leader role and people leadership position.
• Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas as a Regional Sales Director in the CEE region.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings is advantageous.
• Written and spoken fluency in Polish and English.
