What you will do
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients seeking nearshore software development or IT staffing solutions.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and procurement leaders.
- Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to develop compelling proposals and offers.
- Act as a representative of hirify.global at industry events and client meetings, both virtually and in person.
- Monitor market developments and competitor movements to inform and enhance strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (ideally in IT or software development).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Self-driven, proactive attitude with a growth mindset.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish.
