Head of Sales Recruiting Dandy

💰 $157,575 – $191,000 base salary - if US based
Dandy is transforming a $200B+ industry by modernizing every part of the dental practice with technology. Backed by world-class investors, the team is building the operating system for dental offices globally. As Dandy continues rapid expansion, we’re hiring a Head of Sales Recruiting to lead, scale, and elevate hiring across our Global Sales organization.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role where you’ll define the hiring strategy, build a world-class recruiting engine, and shape the sales teams powering Dandy’s next stage of growth.
What you’ll do
— Partner with senior Sales leaders to understand team needs and build tailored, scalable hiring strategies across the U.S. and internationally
— Deliver high-caliber talent at speed, ensuring scalable and repeatable hiring excellence
— Lead, coach, and grow a team of recruiters and sourcers to expand capacity and elevate performance
— Build and optimize recruiting processes focused on efficiency, sourcing excellence, DEI, and candidate experience
— Leverage data to monitor funnel health, identify gaps, influence decisions, and guide operational improvements
— Own strategic hiring for critical and leadership roles
— Work cross-functionally to solve hiring challenges and align talent strategies with business priorities
— Strengthen recruiting infrastructure: tools, workflows, systems, and reporting
— Drive Quality of Hire and embed Dandy’s cultural values (“Dandy Drivers”) throughout the hiring process
What we’re looking for
— 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startup environments
— 5+ years managing and scaling recruiting teams
— Experience hiring across North America and internationally
— Deep expertise scaling sales functions (BDRs, AEs, frontline sales leaders)
— A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong operational judgment
— Data-driven decision maker with excellent analytical abilities
— Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments
— Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capability
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
— Proficiency with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite)
— Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
— Passion for innovation and Dandy’s mission
