TL;DR

Regional Partner Manager (Cloud Security): Building and implementing channel strategies to expand reach and empower the Enterprise sales segment with an accent on relationship management, strategic partnerships, and channel recruitment. Focus on driving growth through CSP and reseller relationships, overseeing deal management, and executing regional strategies.

Location: Remote from Melbourne, Australia. Must currently be based in Melbourne and have the legal right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including Cloud Service Providers (CSPs like AWS, GCP, Azure), sellers, and leadership teams.
  • Design, build, and implement a successful regional channel strategy to drive growth and expand market reach.
  • Lead enablement activities for ANZ partners and educate hirify.global sellers on partner go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
  • Oversee partner application and reseller agreement management, collaborating with hirify.global Legal and marketing on strategies.
  • Drive and qualify partner-sourced deal registrations, manage ACE deal integration, and provide deal engagement oversight for sales.
  • Deliver weekly reports to leadership and supported teams, including partner forecasting and account insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of channel sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep expertise in channel sales and partnerships, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • SaaS channel experience and familiarity with Cloud Service Provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Established relationships with Northeast partner reseller leadership.
  • Must currently be based in Melbourne.
  • Legal right to work in Australia without the need for visa sponsorship.
