What you will do
- Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Engineers to meet sales opportunity needs.
- Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to various external audiences, including C-level executives.
- Provide informal training to the Sales team on hirify.global technology and competitive messaging.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor for prospects and customers to gain market share and ensure project success.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy, exploring new use cases, integrations, and partnerships.
- Take ownership of the technical relationship with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in IAM or Identity Security, and 2+ years in direct management/leadership of a technical team.
- Expert knowledge of identity components of the attack kill chain and identity-based attacker tactics.
- Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, O365) and security concepts (network, endpoint, threat detection).
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise/strategic sales cycles end-to-end, with a strong understanding of IAM principles, enterprise IT architectures, and system security measures.
- Fluency in English.
- Candidate must reside in Western United States and be willing to travel up to 40% (domestically and internationally), supporting Western US and Asia Pacific Regions.

- Experience with Powershell, Python, and APIs.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with hirify.global Falcon Endpoint Protection.
- Understanding of MFA technologies (Okta, Ping, Duo, Microsoft, Google).
