TL;DR
Manager, Sales Engineering (NG Identity): Leading a team of pre-sales engineers to support sales teams in the Americas, focusing on preventing identity compromise and exploitation. Focus on IAM, SaaS, Privileged Access Security, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies.
Location: Must reside in Western United States
Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package

What you will do
- Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Engineers to meet sales opportunity needs.
- Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to external audiences, including C-level executives.
- Provide informal training to the Sales team on technology.
- Work as a Trusted Advisor to gain market share and ensure project success.
- Define and execute on our go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in the IAM or Identity Security space.
- 2+ years experience in direct management or leadership of a technical team (experience managing remote employees highly desirable).
- Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms and security concepts.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise/strategic sales cycles end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, enterprise IT architectures, and system security measures.
- Candidate must reside in Western United States
Nice to have
- Experience with Powershell, Python, and APIs is preferred.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.
- Experience with administration of Falcon Endpoint Protection.
- Have a solid understanding of MFA technologies preferable with hands on experience with Okta, Ping, Duo, Microsoft and Google MFA solutions.
- Experience with MEDDPICC (or other Sales qualification frameworks)
- Additional language fluency.
