TL;DR

Manager, Sales Engineering (NG Identity): Leading a team of pre-sales engineers to support sales teams in the Americas, focusing on preventing identity compromise and exploitation. Focus on IAM, SaaS, Privileged Access Security, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies.

Location: Must reside in Western United States

Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package

What you will do

  • Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Engineers to meet sales opportunity needs.
  • Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to external audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Provide informal training to the Sales team on hirify.global technology.
  • Work as a Trusted Advisor to gain market share and ensure project success.
  • Define and execute on our go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in the IAM or Identity Security space.
  • 2+ years experience in direct management or leadership of a technical team (experience managing remote employees highly desirable).
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms and security concepts.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise/strategic sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, enterprise IT architectures, and system security measures.
  • Candidate must reside in Western United States

Nice to have

  • Experience with Powershell, Python, and APIs is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.
  • Experience with administration of hirify.global Falcon Endpoint Protection.
  • Have a solid understanding of MFA technologies preferable with hands on experience with Okta, Ping, Duo, Microsoft and Google MFA solutions.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC (or other Sales qualification frameworks)
  • Additional language fluency.
