TL;DR

Manager, Sales Engineering (Next-Gen Identity Security): Leading and developing a pre-sales engineering team to support sales in the Americas for an AI-native cybersecurity platform, with an accent on technical relationship ownership through the sales cycle, and defining go-to-market strategy. Focus on coaching Sales Engineers, delivering technical presentations to C-level executives, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure project success.

Location: Must reside in the Western United States. Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestically and internationally) and support Western US and Asia Pacific Regions.

Salary: $135,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

  • Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Engineers to meet sales opportunity needs.
  • Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to various external audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Provide informal training to the Sales team on hirify.global technology and competitive messaging.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor for prospects and customers to gain market share and ensure project success.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy, exploring new use cases, integrations, and partnerships.
  • Take ownership of the technical relationship with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in IAM or Identity Security, and 2+ years in direct management/leadership of a technical team.
  • Expert knowledge of identity components of the attack kill chain and identity-based attacker tactics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, O365) and security concepts (network, endpoint, threat detection).
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise/strategic sales cycles end-to-end, with a strong understanding of IAM principles, enterprise IT architectures, and system security measures.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Candidate must reside in Western United States and be willing to travel up to 40% (domestically and internationally), supporting Western US and Asia Pacific Regions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Powershell, Python, and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with hirify.global Falcon Endpoint Protection.
  • Understanding of MFA technologies (Okta, Ping, Duo, Microsoft, Google).
