Location: Onsite in Mountain View, California, US

Salary: $147,000–$218,000 + bonus + benefits (pro-rata'd for contract duration)

What you will do

  • Mentor and manage a team of three Specialists, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive scalable, efficient, and error-free Reward programs, processes, tooling, and data, including cyclical compensation planning.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities to enable strategic decision-making and stronger insights.
  • Develop and oversee compensation and recognition frameworks for the hirify.global organizational structure.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners with sound, data-backed advice on unique reward challenges.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the efficiency of compensation programs, innovating to improve total rewards investment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in compensation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a Reward team, preferably within a global and/or tech environment.
  • History of holding end-to-end responsibility for complex Reward programs and driving successful outcomes.
  • Ability to assimilate ambiguous information from varied sources to provide meaningful insights using Google Sheets (or equivalent), SQL, or other database tools.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong AI fluency and an AI First approach to your core work.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams without compromising attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
