TL;DR

Gtm Onboarding & Readiness Manager: Owns and uplevels GTM onboarding program (hirify.global|GOES) across roles and regions. Focus on managing a cohesive, role and segment‑based onboarding journey from Day 1 through full ramp and using AI to scale learning, executing, coaching, and content.

Location: This role is hybrid (2-3 days a week in our SF Bay Area offices)

Salary: $110,000-$170,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own GTM onboarding and role-based readiness.
  • Build AI‑forward, scalable learning and readiness experiences.
  • Partner with GTM leaders across the customer journey.
  • Drive data‑driven readiness and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver engaging training and readiness certifications.
  • Operate as a builder and program owner.

Requirements

  • 7+ years combined experience across GTM enablement, onboarding, sales or technical GTM roles with at least 3+ years owning or heavily shaping onboarding programs.
  • Direct experience working with or supporting multiple GTM roles and comfort designing for different responsibilities across the customer lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and run end‑to‑end onboarding and readiness programs, including curriculum design, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools in GTM workflows.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both new‑to‑role hires and seasoned senior individual contributors.
  • Strong project and program management skills; able to orchestrate cross‑functional stakeholders, manage timelines, and deliver reliably.
