Salary: $131,000–$164,000

What you will do

• Coordinate release preparation and handoff activities across engineering teams.
• Prepare and validate change requests for software deployments.
• Facilitate production deployments and track their progress.
• Provide operational reporting and communication on deployment status.
• Maintain process documentation and identify areas for continuous improvement in release and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software operations, program coordination, or technical support.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with ticketing, workflow, or change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Interest in cloud services, production operations, DevOps practices, and reliability engineering.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and/or Powershell automation.
• Familiarity with release pipelines, deployment workflows, or change governance.
• Exposure to Azure, cloud computing concepts, or distributed systems.
