What you will do
- Coordinate release preparation and handoff activities across engineering teams.
- Prepare and validate change requests for software deployments.
- Facilitate production deployments and track their progress.
- Provide operational reporting and communication on deployment status.
- Maintain process documentation and identify areas for continuous improvement in release and deployment workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software operations, program coordination, or technical support.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with ticketing, workflow, or change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Interest in cloud services, production operations, DevOps practices, and reliability engineering.
- English: B2+ required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and/or Powershell automation.
- Familiarity with release pipelines, deployment workflows, or change governance.
- Exposure to Azure, cloud computing concepts, or distributed systems.
