Salary: $82,000–$120,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Own onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers.
- Build success plans and value roadmaps to aid customers in achieving their objectives and recurring value.
- Establish regular cadence calls and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with assigned customers.
- Monitor customer health metrics and KPIs, solidifying your position as a trusted advisor.
- Partner with internal account teams to find opportunities for new usage, upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals.
- Define and execute success plans for at-risk customers, advocating their needs internally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, consulting, or technical account management roles.
- Previous experience working with US Federal/DoD/public sector customers.
- Strong consulting and project management skills with proven results in driving business value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics.
- Previous experience with a Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions company or enterprise software company.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises IT landscape.
- Practical experience with enterprise Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure) and fundamental networking knowledge.
