TL;DR

IT Delivery Team Coach: Serving as a servant-leader for IT Agile/Scrum teams to ensure they operate as a whole and meet objectives in a bimodal environment, with an accent on coordinating all aspects of product delivery and managing risks at the team level. Focus on coaching and mentoring team members in agile practices and ensuring the iterative development process is properly focused and controlled.

Location: Hybrid in Buffalo, NY, USA

Salary: $95,000–$135,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Serve as the servant-leader for one or more IT Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of agreed solutions.
  • Encourage full participation of team members and ensure iterative development is focused and controlled.
  • Manage team-level risks and issues, escalating to Project Manager and Release Train Engineer.
  • Monitor daily progress for all team activities and facilitate communication of team progress.

Requirements

  • Typically, a bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
  • Five years of applicable experience.
  • Experience managing and updating work plans.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in agile practices.
  • Strong knowledge about Agile frameworks.
  • Requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar tool).
