What you will do

• Manage and coordinate a team of Deployment Consultants on Dealer Deployment projects, overseeing responsibilities and schedules.
• Serve as a collaborative leader, fostering relationships between hirify.global Dealers, System Integrators, and hirify.global teams.
• Facilitate meetings with leaders to ensure transparency and update on deployment project status.
• Identify, escalate, and track risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies to meet committed timelines.
• Manage the Azure DevOps environment to support efficient deployment projects and accurate recording of needs.
• Achieve Enterprise set Deployment targets for each calendar year and manage team T&E budget.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (B2 required).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a product, process, or deployment leadership role.
• Understanding of ERP configuration, security, and integrations, plus awareness of Microsoft release cycles.
• Knowledge of how to implement application software for organizations and help end-users with specific tasks (ERP and CRM).
• Experience with IT program management, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling projects with hirify.global Dealers.
• Ability to accurately analyze situations and make productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience building teams, processes, and organizational frameworks in relation to ERP and System deployments.
• Working experience of deploying Microsoft D365 and leveraging Mavim, Leapworks, and Walkme.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (PaaS/IaaS), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Integration Technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, data modeling, and Azure DevOps for Dynamics 365 ALM practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, role-based security, and data protection in Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Interest in AI transformation and knowledge of hirify.global business and dealership operations.
