Location: Remote, United States (multiple Home Office locations in NC, NY, PA, GA, VA, FL)

Salary: $125,500–$187,000

What you will do

• Translate customer business requirements and pain-points into actionable implementation projects.
• Implement hirify.global products (NIOS, UniversalDDI, hirify.global Threat Defense) to meet customer technical and business challenges.
• Create project technical documentation and perform product upgrades/refreshes.
• Ensure successful project completion on time and within budget, achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor customers and partners on hirify.global technology and implementation best practices.
• Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional services delivery and consulting experience.
• Experience with software development, networking, and/or security.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including presenting at internal and external meetings.
• Customer-centric mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS), or equivalent experience.
• Ability for up to 10% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, BlueCat, or Palo Alto Networks products.
• Experience working in SaaS networking and/or software security.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
