What you will do
- Build, manage, and scale the entire customer engagement program.
- Develop and manage a robust Reference School Program to boost Sentral's overall referenceability.
- Work closely with Client Managers, Sales Executives, and Marketing to identify ideal customer references.
- Manage the full lifecycle of social proof asset creation, including case studies, video testimonials, and online reviews.
- Train internal teams on the appropriate usage, deployment, and legal compliance of Client Engagement assets.
- Design high-touch, one-on-one engagement and scalable, low-effort activities to prevent client fatigue and ensure high loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Management with a strong track record in fast-paced, competitive environments.
- Proven ability to influence, enable, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Exceptional organisational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships in high-performance cultures.
Nice to have
- Tertiary qualification in Business.
- Relevant management or leadership training.
- Prior experience working in Business to Business services environments and/or SaaS models.
- Prior experience working with schools or educational communities.
