What you will do

• Maintain version control of decks and materials using Google Drive
• Refresh slide content, visuals and data with research and strong English writing
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation with strong human editing
• Conduct prospect and industry research for target accounts
• Assist with personalization of pitch materials & insights for outreach
• Track leads, meetings and CRM data (HubSpot)

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (social, SEO, content, online events, etc.)
• Excellent English writing and editing for technical/professional audiences
• Comfort using AI writing tools for research & generation (training provided)
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Google Slides, Google Drive / Workspace, Canva, WordPress, MS Teams / Zoom, and CRM basics (HubSpot beneficial)
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, and committed to high standards
• Ability to work during UK business hours for events and coordination
