What you will do
- Develop and execute a global SEO strategy with emphasis on technical SEO, LLM optimization, and AEO across a multi-site portfolio.
- Increase discoverability in AI-powered search engines (Google SGE, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing AI) through structured content.
- Conduct detailed technical SEO audits, diagnose issues, and implement fixes covering crawl errors, indexation, and site speed.
- Lead keyword research and competitor analysis, mapping to search and AI intent to increase organic traffic and authority.
- Design and maintain internal linking, site architecture, and manage high-quality backlink programs.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize performance and ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical SEO and LLM/AEO optimization for complex B2B SaaS, multi-site, or multi-brand portfolios on an international scale.
- Hands-on ability with HTML/CSS and basic front-end troubleshooting.
- Expertise with tools including Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven SERP monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of building advanced reporting frameworks (e.g., answer-box share, CWV scores).
- Demonstrable success managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across search, programmatic, marketplace, and social platforms.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems (HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred).
- Experience in data layer implementation and advanced tracking setups.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising platforms beyond Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Experience building automation workflows (e.g., using scripts, APIs, or AI tools) to scale SEO or paid campaigns.
