What you will do
- Define use cases and business strategies that position R&S products for current and emerging trends in RF component testing.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with component OEMs, module suppliers, and contract manufacturers across the region.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Serve as the go to technical resource for customers and internal teams on RF test topics.
- Collaborate with Sales, AE, and global Business Development teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated pursuit of multi site/global accounts.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience in business development, field/applications engineering, RF test engineering, or product marketing with RF/microwave components.
- Demonstrated technical expertise with RF measurement equipment and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of component-level needs for R&D, characterization and production test; familiarity with industries such as mobile, aerospace and satellite.
- Proven ability to engage at both technical and business levels with engineers, test leads and procurement, strong presentation and training skills.
