What you will do
- Develop and execute a category strategy to drive growth and new business development within the category.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing partners and end-customer acquisition motions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and strategic partners, negotiating favorable terms.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of market trends and guide category acceleration efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product management, operations) to align strategies.
- Engage directly with key existing customers to understand their needs and drive product improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of previous strategic, outside sales, or account management experience (preferably in a related industry) or four years of technology/distribution sales/customer service experience.
- Strong understanding of strategic selling principles, order management, project management, and operations.
- Advanced knowledge of hirify.global’s solutions, products, services, and value proposition.
- Proven success in growing and maintaining year-over-year sales results.
- Skilled in negotiations, closing sales, and managing profit and loss concepts/forecasting.
- Ability to travel frequently for in-person customer engagements.
