What you will do
- Achieve sales targets by bringing in new business and building lasting partnerships.
- Qualify and outreach to convert new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to recommend suitable solutions.
- Own the sales process from prospecting to close, managing activities in CRM.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to build relationships, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Natural curiosity and a desire for continuous growth and development.
- Adaptable, resilient, and proactive self-starter approach.
- Excellent at building strong, authentic relationships.
- Must be able to work on-site in New York.
Nice to have
- Fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Punjabi).
- Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
- Experience with SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
