TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing customer relationships and driving additional awareness of the product within enterprises, with an accent on product upsell and increased consumption. Focus on workshops, product education, and identifying use cases to meet and exceed sales targets.

Location: New York, New York. Must be based in the USA.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.

What you will do

  • Manage a target book of current customers and executive relationships to drive awareness and upsell products.
  • Spend time in person with customers to do workshops, product education, and identify use cases.
  • Meet and exceed annual & quarterly sales targets and key account management activities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and share best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in a full cycle, closing role with prior account management/customer expansion focus.
  • Experienced in leading complex and commercially significant sales to IT and business leaders.
  • Successful in selling software or technology solutions in the integration, middleware, automation, or enterprise software space.
  • Experience selling to both technical and business/executive stakeholders.
  • Prior AE or Account Manager experience in the SaaS or iPaaS space.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
