Recruiter (Temporary Role): Managing full-cycle recruiting for Corporate or GTM functions at a high-growth mental healthcare company with an accent on sourcing, assessing, and engaging candidates. Location: Core working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

What you will do
- Own full cycle recruiting for assigned Corporate or GTM functions, from intake through offer close.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview plans.
- Source, assess, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and outbound sourcing techniques.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in Greenhouse and related systems.
- Support fair, inclusive, and structured hiring practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or other GTM teams.
- Proven ability to independently manage full cycle recruiting.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong working knowledge of modern TA tools.
- Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high volume, and evolving environment.

- Experience in a high growth or startup environment is strongly preferred.
