Location: Remote (US, EST time zone required)

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Own full cycle recruiting for assigned Corporate or GTM functions, from intake through offer close.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview plans.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting time-to-move and quality expectations.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and outbound sourcing techniques.
• Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in Greenhouse and related systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience supporting Revenue, Marketing, or other GTM teams.
• Proven ability to independently manage full cycle recruiting.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong working knowledge of modern TA tools, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire, and ModernLoop, or similar.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving environment.
