Location: Core working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Own full cycle recruiting for assigned Corporate or GTM functions, from intake through offer close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview plans.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and outbound sourcing techniques.
• Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in Greenhouse and related systems.
• Support fair, inclusive, and structured hiring practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or other GTM teams.
• Proven ability to independently manage full cycle recruiting.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong working knowledge of modern TA tools.
• Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high volume, and evolving environment.
