What you will do
- Own full cycle recruiting for assigned Corporate or GTM functions, from intake through offer close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview plans.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting time-to-move and quality expectations.
- Source, assess, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and outbound sourcing techniques.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in Greenhouse and related systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience supporting Revenue, Marketing, or other GTM teams.
- Proven ability to independently manage full cycle recruiting.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong working knowledge of modern TA tools, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire, and ModernLoop, or similar.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving environment.
