What you will do

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting for roles across Engineering, Product, and related technical teams.
• Build and manage strong talent pipelines using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GitHub.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates with a deep understanding of market compensation and team fit.
• Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting operations, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on product, design, and engineering.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close technical talent in a competitive market.
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Proficient with sourcing tools and creative sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with both candidates and hiring teams.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for SaaS or AI/tech companies.
• Knowledge of the Canadian tech talent landscape and compensation trends.
• Experience supporting both high-volume and specialized technical searches.
