TL;DR

Senior Product Manager, AI (SaaS): Building AI-first products that help businesses grow by leveraging AI and emerging technologies to solve complex problems. Focus on defining product priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and challenging ways of working to build smarter and faster.

Location: Must be commutable to our NYC headquarters. Default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: $180,000 - $215,000 + target equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end product execution, scaling new ideas from concept to launch with urgency and precision.
  • Strategically leverage AI and emerging technologies to build smarter, more intuitive core experiences.
  • Own and shape the roadmap based on market insights, customer needs, and business impact.
  • Rapidly test, iterate, and ship high-quality features that drive real outcomes for users and the business.
  • Understand the market, competition, and customer pain points, ensuring hirify.global stays ahead.
  • Align and energize cross-functional teams to execute at a high velocity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a multi-user SaaS and start-up environment.
  • Experience building or shipping AI or ML-powered features.
  • Actively explore how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to transform core product experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the development of products and features from inception to launch.
  • Technical and design fluency.
  • Strong product instincts and the ability to deeply understand user problems and business opportunities.
