Salary: $302,900 — $562,600 USD (Zone 1: San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Boroughs); $277,700 — $515,800 USD (Zone 2: Washington, California); $252,500 — $468,800 USD (Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York, Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona); $219,600 — $407,900 USD (Zone 4: All other US locations)

What you will do
- Lead the Americas GSI strategy, including planning, execution, forecasting, and revenue performance.
- Strengthen and expand executive‑level relationships across key GSI partners.
- Drive joint solutions, sales alignment, and integration of technologies into GSI offerings.
- Lead and develop a regional partner team focused on growth, enablement, and field execution.
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable GSI‑influenced pipeline.
- Collaborate with Americas sales, product, marketing, and global alliances to drive aligned execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in alliances, channel sales, or partner‑led go‑to‑market roles.
- Extensive experience working with Global System Integrators across the Americas.
- Proven record of delivering revenue, forecast accuracy, and partner‑led growth.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders within large, complex organizations.
- Experience leading high‑performing teams and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Strong analytical capability with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
