Key Account Director (SaaS): Leading growth within a portfolio of hirify.global’s strategic enterprise accounts with an accent on deepening engagement with large enterprises and expanding the company's footprint. Focus on engaging senior technology leaders, uncovering complex challenges, and driving adoption of hirify.global’s enterprise and platform solutions at scale.

Location: Must come into the office 3 days a week if based out of San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, Tokyo, Bangalore, Hyderabad, London, and New York.

Salary: $320,000 - $420,000

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Engage with senior buyers to position hirify.global as a critical platform solution.
  • Drive multi-threaded sales campaigns to expand existing usage.
  • Lead complex solution sales cycles across collaboration, security, API governance, and emerging AI-enabled workflows.
  • Identify customer pain points and design tailored value propositions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive account strategy and expansion.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience in strategic account management and expansion.
  • Experience selling technical and platform products.
  • Demonstrated success in solution selling.
  • Ability to navigate large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas.

Nice to have

  • Curiosity and fluency in emerging technologies, particularly AI/agentic AI.
