What you will do
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of global revenue enablement programs, including onboarding and sales skills development.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-impact enablement team focused on career growth and performance.
- Establish clear processes and prioritization frameworks to ensure operational rigor and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align enablement priorities with company and revenue goals.
- Use data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
- Continuously assess program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback and business priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, learning and development, or revenue operations.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling enablement programs in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience owning or implementing revenue enablement technology (e.g., sales enablement platforms, Gong).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
- Valid right to work authorization in the country of employment (United States).

- Actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new enablement programs from the ground up.
