Location: Remote-first (United States)

Salary: $171,000 - $238,500 USD (yearly, based on geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of global revenue enablement programs, including onboarding and sales skills development.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-impact enablement team focused on career growth and performance.
  • Establish clear processes and prioritization frameworks to ensure operational rigor and efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align enablement priorities with company and revenue goals.
  • Use data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback and business priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, learning and development, or revenue operations.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling enablement programs in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and adult learning principles.
  • Hands-on experience owning or implementing revenue enablement technology (e.g., sales enablement platforms, Gong).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
  • Valid right to work authorization in the country of employment (United States).

Nice to have

  • Actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new enablement programs from the ground up.
