What you will do
- Perform 2-3 product demonstrations daily.
- Deliver high-touch proof of concepts to customers.
- Learn and utilize technical tools for network environment testing.
- Complete a Sales Engineering Demo Certification.
- Partner with the Commercial Sales team throughout the entire sales process.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Consultant.
- Technical curiosity and excitement for delivering technology solutions.
- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript and Python.
- Excellent understanding of modern cloud communications platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Business VoIP Telephony Services (On-Premise or SaaS) and Contact Center solutions (On-Premise or SaaS).
- Understanding and experience with VoIP CODECs and technologies including G.711, G.729, G.722, OPUS, H.264, VP8, VP9, WebRTC, H.323, SIP, and Network Analyzers.
- Knowledge of Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches & Wireless) and WAN Technologies (MPLS, VPLS & SD-WAN).
- Experience with Data Center Technologies (Public & Private Clouds) and software components involved in enterprise service delivery (web servers, application servers, databases, web services).
