Location: Must be based in the greater Philadelphia metro area. This role requires regular travel along the East Coast to engage with partners and teams in person.
Salary: $189,000–$225,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with Global Alliance Managers to localize strategies and deploy high-impact sales plays.
- Lead the co-sell motion from opportunity creation to close with Regional Partner Managers and Field Sales teams.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene in Salesforce, track KPIs, and forecast accurately to exceed a direct sales quota.
- Drive local enablement sessions and build deep, trusted relationships across the GSI ecosystem.
- Orchestrate and execute partner- and customer-facing events across the East Coast to build brand awareness.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a selling or alliance management role specifically focused on GSIs.
- Consistent history of quota overachievement and a deep command of pipeline metrics and KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in SaaS or early-growth technology environments is highly preferred.
- Must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
