Requirements

• Must be based in Arizona, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Tennessee, Utah, or Kansas.
• 2+ years in a similar Team Lead role within a SaaS company, emphasizing technology application.
• Proven ability in managing or coaching a team tasked with data-related activities.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered data abstraction or document analysis technologies.
• Familiarity with legal technology or financial technology sectors.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
