What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles.
- Identify top talent using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.
- Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate weekly hiring reports.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales and/or Engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring (software, hardware, product, engineering) and commercial profiles.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance in recruiting.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and technical assessment tools (e.g., Codility, UCAT).
- Experience in high-growth or matrixed environments.
