TL;DR
Enterprise Business Development Representative: Generating sales pipeline and initiating the sales process for enterprise clients with an accent on thoughtful prospecting efforts and account research. Focus on creating interest through multi-channel, personalized outreach and partnering with Account Executives to build new business opportunities.
Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO. Expected to work from the office 3 days a week. Relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hub location (Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago, Chile).
Salary: $6,309–$7,462 USD per month (based on hourly rate for Denver, CO).

What you will do
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through thoughtful, strategic outbound prospecting efforts.
- Create interest through multi-channel, personalized outbound outreach, including cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline using a multithreaded approach.
- Conduct thorough research to create effective outreach strategies for each account.
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality related to your book of business.
Requirements
- Experience in a world-class outbound sales development role (9-12 months preferred), ideally in the Enterprise space.
- Experience with Salesforce and sales tools such as Outreach or Sales Navigator.
- Track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline at a SaaS company.
- Ability to self-motivate, prioritize, and manage unstructured time in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a clear, direct communicator capable of making connections with prospects and internal teams.
- Work from the office 3 days a week in a hub location (Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago, Chile).
