What you will do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy across the ANZ region, taking ownership of revenue targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of deals through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Establish trusted, strategic advisor relationships with key customers, demonstrating hirify.global’s product and service value.
- Arrange and conduct hirify.global portal demos for prospects with Sales Engineering team support.
- Collaborate with customers to establish critical goals and aid them in achieving business objectives.
- Work with marketing, product management, and sales peers to optimize client value and hirify.global success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms.
- Experience in the SaaS or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality and experience with outbound sales strategies (telephone, email, social selling).
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and sell to C-Level targets, as well as Product Development and IT contacts.
Nice to have
- Telco, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS or SaaS new business sales experience.
- Established relationships with customers that trust and respect your advice.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including articulating ROI value statements.
- Experience with established sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDPICC.
