What you will do

• Build and retain long-term relationships with premier and strategic foundries, serving as their primary contact.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, licensing alignment, and optimal merchandising.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve the partner experience and identify blockers to scale.
• Measure and report partner success, opportunities, and KPIs to leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with global Experience, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to drive mutual value.
• Travel globally (primarily in EMEA) to meet partners and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of proven experience in partnerships or business development, preferably within design, media, or IP-driven industries.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience using and improving CRM systems.
• Strong empathy for and enjoyment working with people in creative industries.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven success in closing high-value or strategic deals.
• Comfortable operating independently, with strong initiative and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to learn a new industry and the experience to know when to be the SME.
• Interest in creative fields such as art, type, and design.

Nice to have

• Fluency in an additional language such as French or German.
