Location: Hybrid remote in the United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver the Account / Portfolio Plan and long-term strategy.
  • Manage client account/s and build strong, sustainable long-term relationships.
  • Support technological and digital transformation conversations at a strategic level.
  • Work closely with other technical and go-to-market teams to facilitate sales and development activities.
  • Manage the account and delivery team performance and client escalations.
  • Achieve quarterly targets/quotas and KPIs for client accounts and lead opportunities through all sales stages.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in client account and relationship management, including consulting, technology solutions / IT services, and digital engagements.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Consumer vertical, including latest industry trends and operational expertise.
  • Experience in selling custom software development and/or digital transformation services.
  • Ability to interact with C-Level Executives and convey hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with capability to own and manage account level P&L responsibility.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrix-structured organization with onshore, nearshore, and offshore development teams.
