What you will do
- Develop and deliver Account / Portfolio Plans and long-term strategies.
- Manage client accounts and build strong, sustainable long-term relationships.
- Support technological and digital transformation conversations at a strategic level.
- Collaborate with technical and go-to-market teams to showcase ’s services.
- Manage account and delivery team performance and handle client escalations.
- Achieve quarterly targets/quotas and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in client account and relationship management, including consulting, technology solutions, and digital engagements.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Consumer vertical.
- Experience in selling custom software development and/or digital transformation services.
- Ability to interact with C-Level Executives and convey value propositions.
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrix-structured organization with onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
