What you will do
- Drive revenue growth, market share, and pipeline generation across a defined Quebec public sector territory.
- Own and manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through close using hirify.global Way of Selling and MEDDPICC methodology.
- Build and execute territory and account plans, developing strong executive relationships within Quebec public sector organizations and ecosystem partners.
- Navigate and advise customers through Quebec-specific procurement, funding, and acquisition processes.
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Collaborate closely with channel partners and internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Customer Success) to drive territory success.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of enterprise field sales or business development experience, preferably within the public sector.
- Proven experience selling customer experience, CCaaS, UCaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of Quebec public sector procurement and funding models, both direct and indirect.
- Demonstrated use of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and account strategy planning.
- Proficiency with enterprise sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent within the region.
- Must be based in Quebec or within reasonable proximity to the territory.

- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quota.
- Experience selling to Quebec provincial, municipal, education, healthcare, or crown agencies.
- Established network within the Quebec public sector ecosystem.
