Salary: On-Target Earnings: $62,400 USD to $140,400 USD.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand and address customer business goals across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers, articulating the specific ROI and value of hirify.global’s product offerings.
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of hirify.global's product offerings for seamless, customer-centric demonstrations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, providing nuanced recommendations on distributed employment.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Product and Marketing to provide market feedback.
  • Keep up to date with HR and global payroll industry trends to strategically position hirify.global against competitors.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in solutions consulting with a proven track record of influencing high-value ARR and navigating complex, multi-product sales cycles.
  • Experience in the HR and Payroll industry, including a deep understanding of HRIS, global payroll workflows, and international workforce management.
  • Strong technical aptitude for HR systems and software integrations.
  • Ability to translate complex software capabilities into simple, value-driven stories for stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity and a consultative mindset for strategic discovery.
  • Strong business acumen to discuss financial impact, ROI, and global employment strategy at an executive level.
  • English: B2 required for all communications and applications.
