What you will do
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer business challenges and align them with hirify.global solutions.
- Develop and present customized demonstrations of hirify.global's platform to highlight value in CX testing and monitoring.
- Architect and propose solutions that integrate hirify.global's platform with existing customer technology stacks.
- Engage with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert advice on hirify.global's capabilities.
- Respond to technical queries during the sales process and address prospects' technical needs.
- Stay updated with CX technologies, hirify.global platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate smooth transition of new customers to the implementation team with clear communication.
Requirements
- 4+ Years in a pre-sales role presenting to C and V level prospects.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field experience.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on CX, call center, or IVR technologies.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to design solutions and integrate complex systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, tradeshows, and corporate events globally.
