TL;DR

Location: This role supports clients in the US and is based near Chicago, IL, USA. Flexibility for remote work is offered through a work-from-home policy.

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through partner-led and co-sell motions, focusing on Burwood’s core solution areas.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Lead strategic account planning and participate in client business reviews (QBRs/PBRs).
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners (Google, ISVs, OEMs, Distributors).
  • Own sales leadership and deal strategy from initiation to close.
  • Engage with the community and ecosystem, including partner and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota through partner-influenced and partner-sourced deals.
  • Strong understanding of at least two core solution areas: Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, Cloud (Azure/Google), or AI.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions and well-versed in hybrid IT environments.
  • Ability to maintain VP- and C-level relationships across customer and partner organizations.
  • Excel in a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
