Salary: $120K – $160K

What you will do

  • Partner with state, local, and education customers to understand agency missions and challenges.
  • Own the end-to-end post-sale experience for SLED accounts, including onboarding and implementation.
  • Monitor product usage and performance, guiding customers on optimization.
  • Navigate complex public-sector organizations to align technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive long-term value through regular health reviews, data-informed recommendations, and proactive engagement.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing agencies by understanding evolving needs and funding cycles.
  • Establish and maintain strong, multi-threaded relationships with agency leaders as a trusted public-sector advisor.
  • Proactively manage renewals and contract extensions in alignment with public-sector procurement timelines.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on hirify.global’s products and fraud mitigation best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing post-sale relationships for state, local, or education customers, with a strong understanding of public-sector procurement processes.
  • Proven ability to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account growth by building trusted relationships and analyzing usage data.
  • Familiarity with identity verification or other fraud detection solutions (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a competitive edge and strong work ethic.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States.
