What you will do
- Partner with state, local, and education customers to understand agency missions and challenges.
- Own the end-to-end post-sale experience for SLED accounts, including onboarding and implementation.
- Monitor product usage and performance, guiding customers on optimization.
- Navigate complex public-sector organizations to align technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Drive long-term value through regular health reviews, data-informed recommendations, and proactive engagement.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing agencies by understanding evolving needs and funding cycles.
- Establish and maintain strong, multi-threaded relationships with agency leaders as a trusted public-sector advisor.
- Proactively manage renewals and contract extensions in alignment with public-sector procurement timelines.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on ’s products and fraud mitigation best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing post-sale relationships for state, local, or education customers, with a strong understanding of public-sector procurement processes.
- Proven ability to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account growth by building trusted relationships and analyzing usage data.
- Familiarity with identity verification or other fraud detection solutions (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a competitive edge and strong work ethic.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States.
