TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Telecommunications, AI): Focusing on net-new logo acquisition and building strategic partnerships within the telecommunications sector. Location: Remote (USA). This role is associated with Dallas and New York.

What you will do

  • Acquire net-new logos and build relationships with key decision-makers in the telecommunications sector.
  • Act as a consultative, trusted advisor to deeply understand customer challenges and tailor AI/NLP solutions.
  • Partner with channel partners (cloud hyperscalers, system integrators) to scale outreach and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, deal close, and deployment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience with Global 2000 large enterprises in the telecommunications sector.
  • Track record of exceeding quota and closing transformational multi-year SaaS deals in the 7-figure range.
  • Previous experience selling complex products like developer tools, API products, or AI/NLP solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry (customer care, network operations, OSS/BSS systems, billing, fraud, identity, retail operations).
  • Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in telecommunications operations.
  • Fantastic communication skills, comfortable speaking to C-suite and both technical/non-technical audiences.
