Senior Program Manager

TL;DR

Senior Program Manager: Leading large, complex programs across merchant portfolio acquisitions, company acquisitions, post–M&A integrations, platform integrations, transformation initiatives, and organizational change with an accent on defining scope, delivery approach, and managing program plans (resources, budget, timeline, milestones). Focus on driving execution through implementation, managing data conversions and multi-system integrations, and defining new end-to-end processes across functions to enable successful migration or transformation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex conversion and integration implementations, including large-scale programs and new product launches.
• Own and govern program scope, schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring business outcomes through integrated planning.
• Apply deep analysis and data interpretation to drive decisions and recommendations, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead and influence large, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to deliver complex, multi-stream implementations.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and implement target-state operational and technology/platform models.
• Direct change control across key program assets, ensuring governance, traceability, and disciplined decision-making.
• Drive issue, risk, and decision management, monitoring progress and leading the resolution of critical items.
• Own internal and external program communications and executive reporting, including risk assessments and formal program updates.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or IT.
• Typically Minimum 10+ Years Relevant Experience.
• Project Management experience.
• Applicants MUST be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Merchant acquiring industry.
• Experience with Project management tools and software.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with post M&A integration activities.
• Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
