What you will do

• Manage and upkeep internal SharePoint sites, ensuring content is structured, clear, and up-to-date.
• Align content updates with established rhythms of business, including leadership communications and organizational milestones.
• Track and report on communications and SharePoint engagement metrics to support decision-making.
• Design and execute employee, business, and culture programs from concept through delivery, managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Develop workback plans, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics for programs.
• Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders, identify risks, and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, managing multiple overlapping initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites and internal content platforms.
• 5+ years of experience creating visual and multimedia communications (decks, diagrams, short videos).
• Strong experience supporting internal communications operations within established rhythms of business.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear, concise written communication skills and ability to interpret engagement data.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a Business Manager or Chief of Staff role.
• Experience working in large, complex, or fast-paced technology organizations.
• Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Portfolio or examples of internal communications, SharePoint work, or visual content submissions.
